VR/01131 | Management Consulting | London | Partners/Directors | £120k - £180k Base with potential for a major 40% bonus + fast track career for high achievers
This is a role within the consultancy arms of one of the largest systems integrators in the world. We are looking for an Associate Partner/Director capable of winning and delivering £1-2m minimum in consulting revenue and generating future revenue streams for the group. The role is split into 40% sales and account management, 40% CxO client delivery and 20% practice growth. You will be required to perform Programme Director functions within this and as such should have a good background in business consulting assignment delivery in the key sector focus area of Financial Services Accounts.
Essential Criteria
· You will be currently running consultancy or be part of the management teams for a financial services practice for a large consultancy
· You are running a large team who have a proven track record of delivery and you carry a £million revenue responsibility
· You will have won and delivered consultancy within Financial Services (retail banking, capital markets or insurance)
· You are a highly dynamic networked individual
· You have been trained by an AAA or blue chip service delivery outsourcer, computer manufacturer, big 4 consultancy or major software-house
· You will be seeking promotion and reward and you recognise you wish to lead a winning team
· You have a degree & most likely an MBA or other professional qualification
