Overview

Ph.D. Search and Selection are experts at the discreet hiring of general management executives.  In this section, you will find the necessary requirements that need to be fulfilled for each respective grade:

CEO’s

You will have been a Chief Executive Officer at a FTSE 250 company or an international firm with annual revenues over £200m per year and have consistently delivered profit improvement and operational efficiency within the past 3 years.  You will be an inspired leader, a strong people manager, a good sales person with a savvy commercial mind and a liking for the public spotlight.  You will be able to point to improvements made within all aspects of the business and growth within international and domestic markets.

CFO’s

You will have been a Chief Financial Officer at a FTSE 250 company or an international firm with annual revenues over £200m per year and have consistently delivered profit improvement and financially efficiency within the past 3 years.  You will have your accountancy and regulatory exams.  You will be able to point to financial improvements made within all aspects of the business and growth within international and domestic markets.

COO’s

You will have been a Chief Operating Officer at a FTSE 250 company or an international firm with annual revenues over £200m per year and have consistently delivered profit improvement and financially efficiency within the past 3 years.  You will have at least 10 years as an operations director.  You will be able to point to operational improvements made within all aspects of the business supporting the business growth within international and domestic markets.

CIO’s/CTO’s

You will have been a Chief Information Office or Chief Technology Officer at a FTSE 250 company or an international firm with annual revenues over £200m per year and have consistently delivered systems improvement to support the growth and success of your business within the past 3 years.  You will have a strong knowledge of people management, budgets, IT architecture and programme delivery.  You will be able to point to IT improvements made within all aspects of the business supporting the business growth within international and domestic markets.

Sales Managing Directors

You will have been a Sales Director at a FTSE 250 company or an international firm with annual revenues over £200m per year and have consistently delivered new business and profit margins of at least  20% over the past 3 years.  You will be able to point to key wins, long term accounts and a systematic approach to winning business in international and domestic markets.
